It's official... we're licensed! The bar is open!

NOW OPEN MONDAY-SATURDAY, 10:30AM-10:30PM

Bread baking days - Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays only. We encourage you to call ahead to reserve/order bread, especially if you want more than one... while we work out new daily quantity requirements. Pickup times will be early/mid afternoon for the next while.

We've created a survey to help us get a good feeling for what you like and what you want... but it will only do that IF you complete it. It might take you 2 minutes >>> and there's a reward at the end! (ps. if you have negative feedback, we definitely want to hear it, and we appreciate suggestions on how to fix it, rather than just saying it's not working). The Survey is anonymous, but if you want a response, include your email address in the comment box.

ANCA presents Michael Buckholtz
RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED and available for dinner only.

Buckholtz, a multi-platinum producer/writer & musician has written for MC Hammer & other entertainers. A single-father and author of "Autism is my Universe," which chronicles his journey as an autistic person. Founder of “Aid For Autistic Children,” a non-profit which helps families in need who are raising children with autism, Buckholtz has just finished a 30 day hunger strike to raise awareness of autism in the U.S.

Buckholtz will jam with local musicians on Thursday, July 16 at Wild Bistro in Gibsons, BC, where people can come, meet and chat with him. Michael will be available to sign copies of his book "Autism is my Universe" (proceeds go to “Aid For Autistic Children”). READ MORE ABOUT THIS EVENT>>>

Michael is on a mission to help families and to change the perception of autism/aspergers! Talk to him in person on July 16th.

We will also be doing a blogtalkradio show with host Tricia Kenney of EmbraceAutismNow during the live jamming at your Bistro on July 16, so that people can call into the show, hear the live music etc...as well as people at the restaurant talking to the host and so on... Very exciting time should be had by all.
