our forté is catering for up to 50... however - we CAN do more,
with enough notice.
Working Lunches: Got a group together who need to
eat & work at the
same time? How about a box full of wraps & sandwiches, with some
salads & dessert? Easy lunch you can just pick up and go with (or,
call Dial-A-Delivery - 604.886.0914 - and they'll bring it
to you!).
Relaxing Lunches: Need a break from intense meetings? Got a hard-working
crew that need fuel? We can set you up with a buffet lunch on-site,
or pre-packed complete bag lunches that are perfect for job-site
breaktime.
Parties & Dinners (Yes, that includes weddings): Appy's,
Entrees, sides, salads, desserts... heck we'll even bartend for ya!
Our Party Food services range from pre-packed boxes for DIY parties,
to fully staffed on-site food management. Talk

Sample Party & Dinner Menus:
A recent winter wedding for 150 featured an appetizer buffet - a great
way to eat when there's lots of chatting, dancing, drinking & socializing
going on.
A birthday party we catered featured: Chili
Garlic Mushrooms, Onion Confit & Ricotta tarts, Chili Lime & Ginger Shrimp Cakes, Mini-Spanakopita,
Fresh-baked baguette with Hot Spinach & Crab dip and Sweet Chili
Cheese Dip, Mini Mac&Cheese with gorgonzola & truffle oil, then
as a main course, Ossobuco with Roasted Garlic Risotto and steamed asparagus.
A board of directors dinner we catered featured: Capriny
(goat cheese) & bacon tarts, Quinoa & Avocado salad, Baked Wild Salmon
with lemon/lime glaze & roasted hazelnut crust, Harvest Veggie Casserole
& Couscous, with Chocolate Oblivion Torte for dessert.
Another birthday party featured: Caesar Salad (WITH anchovies, the
way it should be) and fresh baked Sundried Tomato & Feta baguette,
4-Layer Lasagne (both a meat version and a vegetarian version), with
home made Lemon Meringue Pie for dessert
A Book Launch celebration included: Sausage Roll Bites (made from our
"best in the universe" sausage rolls), Smoked bacon & Black Olive
pockets, Provolone & Roasted Red Pepper Pinwheels, Cheese crisps
with strawberry-tomatilla salsa, Mini-Spanakopita, Capriny & Lime
Chutney Cups, a Dessert selection of our home-made bars, and Caramel-Ganache
Tarts
A House Warming Party included: Brie & Chutney packets, Sesame Shrimp
pockets, Tortilla "Sushi" (no raw fish involved), Roasted Mushroom
& 3-cheese pockets, Smoked oyster & Bacon mushroom caps, Pineapple
Chicken Skewers, Fresh Fruit Skewers, Roasted Potato & Red Pepper
salad, Wild Greek Salad, Organic Greens with Honey-Balsamic dressing,
Mango Chicken & Sweet Potato Stew, 7-layer Lasagne, Roasted Local
Veggies & a mixed dessert platter.
A dinner for 15 included - Pacific clams & new Zealand green point
mussels, steamed in white wine & garlic;
Organic mixed herb salad with pecans, cranberries & blue cheese;
Seafood Lasagne – scallops, shrimp & sole in rich white wine cream
cheese sauce;
Dulce de leche hazelnut tarts
Another dinner for 14 featured - Chili Garlic Mushroom Soup & Bread;
Tarragon Braised Pork Loin Roast with Three-Cheese Scalloped Potatoes, Steamed
Veggies & Red Wine Cabbage with Pear Sauce; and Dark
Chocolate Ganache Cake
