from 10:30am til 6pm we offer a broad selection of fresh-made sandwiches,
quesadillas, wraps & salads, scratch-soup, and other quick & easy
meals to have in, or take with you on the road.
from 6pm we offer a dinner menu, which
has evolved quite substantially since it first appeared in june 2009...
we use local produce & seafood in season. 90% of our packaging is biodegradable & compostable
and bought thru a local small business. we do our utmost to acquire
the highest quality, closest to home products in everything we make
and actively support our community. we truly believe what makes our
food different is the love that goes into it before it gets to your
table.
Note: exact ingredients may be subject to change... and if
you don't see a combination you want, but ingredients you like..

have them whichever way you like: sandwich, quesadilla, wrap or salad!

this is the part where we get to have some fun! it requires that
you have a little faith and an adventurous spirit... and that your
primary criteria about food are that it tastes great and fills you
up.
ian will make you something from scratch... it takes a little longer,
but it won’t be on the menu, and you won’t be disappointed
(seriously, this is an “eat what you’re given” meal.
