SOUPS: All our soups are made fresh, from scratch, every day. Nothing but clean, simple, natural ingredients. No starters, no fillers, no msg, no extra salt... just yummy. (Eat in or Take out) Served with fresh bread. Different daily, except FRIDAYS: Seafood Chowder. Because we couldn't stop that habit. (NOTE: During the summer, we only make soup on rainy days... saves waste)

Here's the current menu for dinner (some may make their way into the lunch menu, too)- the menu will be in a constant state of evolution for the next few months while we try things out and get feedback. Don't be shy... come give it a try!

smalls & starters

  • chili garlic mushrooms - for serious mushroom lovers, with cream cheese & fresh bread - $6
  • roasted garlic & butter tiger prawns - sauteed to perfection - $9
  • bacon-wrapped scallops - 4 juicy scallops wrapped in smoked bacon & oven roasted - $10
  • prawllops - for those who can’t decide - half prawns, half scallops, sauteed with bacon in butter & roasted garlic - $10
  • melanzane frite - beer-battered eggplant topped with a simple napolitano sauce & shaved asiago - $9, share size $14
  • toss up - our signature spinach salad with roasted pepper, red onion, tomato, feta & mushrooms in our balsamic vinaigrette - $7.5

dinner a la wild

this is the part where we get to have some fun! it requires that you have a little faith and an adventurous spirit... and that you’re only criteria about food are that it tastes great and fills you up. this is not picky eater territory! (please mention any food allergies, tho)

  • piena di frutti di mare piatto - mixed seafoods, prepared however ian feels like at the moment with whichever aquatic creatures we have on hand right now - $22 (that’s “plate full of seafood” in italian)

  • bird on a stove - a slow-food initiative - if you’re not in a hurry and want something luscious, try this 6oz chicken breast stove-top braised in one of ian’s signature sauces. served with sides & bread - $16

  • just feed me - don’t care what you get as long as it’s good? ian will make something on the spot... takes a little longer, but it won’t be on the menu, and you won’t be disappointed - $18... (seriously, this is an “eat what your given” meal... ask around, it’s fun & fabulous)

  • penne con pollo al funghi *- roasted chicken & mushrooms with bacon, apricot & spinach in a white wine cream sauce - half $10, full $17, share $28
  • zingarella* - prawns, fresh broccoli and bell peppers tossed with linquine in a sweet & spicy honey glaze - half $9, full $16, share $26
  • grand laurseny - prawns & scallops with roasted peppers & garlic, spinach, sundried tomatoes & mushrooms tossed with sesame oil & fish sauce on penne, linguine or couscous - half $9, full $16, share $26 (ya, we know we spelled it wrongly... you can ask why if you want)
  • linguine with meatballs* - straight up napolitano sauce and beef meatballs with shredded asiago on top - half $8.50, full $12, share $19

  • pesto pasta* - linguine or penne with pesto, mushroom, red pepper, artichoke, kalamata olives & asiago - half $8.50, full $12, share $19
  • primavera - fresh broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, zuchini, sundried tomatoes & roasted garlic tossed with penne in a light olive oil & honey glaze - half $8.50, full $12, share $19
  • il stantoni - capicolla, fresh basil, roasted peppers & garlic, and kalamata olives tossed in a light tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes & asiago - half $8.50, full $14, share $24
  • alfredo a la wild - rich white wine cream sauce with fresh basil, cracked pepper & mushrooms on linguine, topped with asiago - half $9, full $16, share $26

  • ginger grapefruit glazed wild salmon - a 4oz filet oven-braised in pure grapefruit juice with freshly grated ginger & maggie’s ginger glaze, served on turmeric couscous with grilled veggies - $14
  • machos - nachos, ian-style - peppers, onions, tomatoes, sundrieds, olives, banana peppers, spiced gr. beef, layered with organic 100% corn chips & shredded cheddar & monterey jack - salsa, guac & sour cream are baked right in, ya gotta eat ‘em with a fork (can easily be vegetarian - we’ll take off the meat & add artichokes, mushrooms, roasted peppers & zuchini) - for 1 - $14, for 2 - $24, more add $9/person
