So, we have lunch! More than once quoted as "the best lunch in town", we are proud to offer a selection of fresh-made soups, sandwiches, quesadillas, wraps & salads, plus other quick & easy meals to have in, or take with you on the road.

Note: exact ingredients & prices may be subject to change... AND if you don't see a combination you want, but ingredients you like.. just ask us... we'll make your favourite!

SOUPS: All our soups are made fresh, from scratch, every day. Nothing but clean, simple, natural ingredients. No starters, no fillers, no msg, no extra salt... just yummy. (Eat in or Take out) Served with fresh bread.

  • EVERY DAY: Creamy Tomato & Chorizo, our most popular soup (Thursday soup, for those of you who never knew it by name, just day!)
  • Ian's Daily Creation (and sometimes Kera's) - most days we'll have an additional soup or stew, or maybe chili... something different and new, or maybe an old stand-by.
  • FRIDAYS: Seafood Chowder. Because we couldn't stop that habit.

Other Stuff - ready to go, quick and easy - take it on the road, or stop for a moment and eat well.

  • Sausage Rolls - "best in the universe" we've been told. Made from scratch right here from a freshly ground beef, lamb & pork mix.
  • 3-Cheese & Roasted Mushroom Pockets - Mushrooms we roast with garlic, chili & olive oil then blend with cream, jack & cheddar cheese for a delicious vegetarian snack. Take two, they're yummy!
  • Curried Chicken & Mango Pockets - served with locally made chutney, this is a quick, exotic flavour burst that will take away the hungries.
  • Ham & Cheese or Mediterranean Veggie Turnovers - more quick, easy, grab-n-go lunch...
  • Personal Quiche - made fresh, just right for one person. Flavours change all the time. We often make fritatta too (gluten-free quiche).
  • Spinach & Feta Brioche - one of very few things we don't make from scratch, but time-tested and yummy all the same. This is a favourite for herbivores and carnivores alike.
  • Spanakopita - packed with spinach, ricotta, feta & onions these flaky phyllo pockets satisfy the hungries
  • Veggie Samosas - also packed and tasty; and Beef Samosas, too!
