Rule number one - WE ARE NOT A DIET BAKERY.

Rule number two - WE ARE HAPPY TO MAKE (or attempt to make) PRACTICALLY ANYTHING YOU WISH.

Rule number three - If what you want is excluded by Rule Number One, Refer to Rule Number Two.

We have a "standard" selection of sweets that are available 99% of the time. These currently include (* GF=gluten-free):

  • Lemon Bars (GF) - frequently referred to as "oh, man, these are GOOD".
  • Nanaimo Bars - also known as, "those are the best and biggest I've ever had".
  • Date Rectangles - face it, they're not square... and they're as good as mama used to make.
  • Choco-Nut Brownies - richly chocolate and chewy, with lotsa nuts (no coconut)
  • Toffee-Ganache Bar (GF) - mmmmmmmmmmmm
  • Fruity Goodness (GF) - chewy fruit & coconut bars, highly addictive.
  • Dream Cake (GF) - "I NEED one of those" is the general directive.
  • Ganache Cups (GF) - Serious chocolate fix.
  • Cookies - Double Chocolate Chip, Ginger, Whole Peanut Peanut Butter, Molasses Chocolate Chip (other flavours find their way into the mix...watch & ask for them)
  • Cheesecake - plain, blueberry, and chocolate ganache are almost always on hand, but watch for (or request) specialty flavours like chocolate peanut butter, cranberry & white chocolate, raspberry & white chocolate, chocolate chip & irish cream, blueberry, mango, peach, pecan & caramel, or whatever else you can dream up.
  • Caramel-Ganache Tarts & Two-Bite Chocolate Cream Pie
  • Fresh Fruit Tarts (seasonal)
  • Cream Puffs & Turnovers

And available at holiday times (or when you request them):

  • Shortbread - traditional, white chocolate & ginger, peppermint, Wheat-free Cocoa Pecan Macaroons, Wheat & Sugar-Free Butternut Coins, Bittersweet Pixies, Cashew Thins, Sugar Cookies, Butterscotch Sugar Cookies, Cashew-Peanut Brittle, Magic Santa Bar (GF)
  • Hot Cross Buns (at Easter, but we'll make them for you any time if you ask - minimum order 3 dozen)

We like to mix it up a little and introduce new and special items quite often. Kera enjoys experimenting, so keep your eyes open for Napoleon slices, creme brulee tarts, fruit flans, profiteroles, and more!

We also make fabulous pies to order. Our more popular flavours include:

  • Sour Cream Apple

  • Mixed Berry
  • Lemon Meringue
  • Chocolate Pecan
  • Traditional Pumpkin

And of course, the CAKES...

We do not have a "standard" cake menu... we'll make whatever you want (or at least we'll try)... Cakes are ONLY available on special order, but we almost always have small chocolate ganache & lemon cakes available with just an hour's notice.

Our most popular cakes are:

  • Chocolate Ganache - filled with your choice of more ganache, white chocolate ganache, whipped cream (plain, chocolate or mint), bavarian cream & berries, vanilla or caramel cream, chocolate mint chips, butterscotch chips & caramel cream...
  • Lemon - lightly lemon flavoured sponge cake... dense & moist, you know you're eating cake - also with your choice of fillings: bavarian cream & berries, lemon curd, grapefruit curd, white chocolate or caramel cream, whipped cream (lemon, caramel or plain), marzipan... get creative.
  • Chocolate Oblivion Truffle Cake - a gluten-free confection...
  • Chocolate Angel Food Cake - light, low-fat, scrumptiously chocolate
  • Black Forest Cake - layers of chocolate cake, kirsch-soaked sour cherries, whipped cream & chocolate... (Can also be done with lemon cake & caramel for a lighter, refreshing option)
  • Gateaux St. Honore - the ultimate creampuff cake... puff pastry and choux pastry filled with luscious cream, chocolate & caramel, then topped with more whipped cream, chocolate & caramel. Divine.
  • Diplomat Cake - rich, velvety butter cake layered with rum buttercream, hazelnuts & puff pastry
  • Croquembouche - a cream puff tower... traditional french wedding cake, it's encased in sugar glass and topped with spun sugar
  • Pound Cake - good ol'fashioned southern pound cake, so named due to the pound of butter required to make it...
